Lost All My Money Online Gambling
Whether you play online or you play on land, there are many ways you can gamble all of your money away. It’s really not a hard thing to do. You can walk in with a few hundred dollars and literally leave with not a cent in your pocket. There are people out there who take a second mortgage out on their home so that they can feed their gambling habit. But what happens when you lose all of your money at the casino? Here’s what to do if you experience this gut-wrenching loss.
Don’t Panic!
If you lost all the money on your first visit to the gambling house, and then you win much more, then you are fortunate. You don't have the motivation to continue the game and try to win. You will be sorry only for the money. However, let's talk about the fact what has already happened if the player lost all his money. Here is my advice: Man up to the fact that you lost your money. Dont try to cheat your way out of the fact. You played it, you lost it. Gambling addiction is nothing to play around with. I was once at a game and saw a guy open the envelope with his power bill and money for payment and play it on the table. Just Stop Gambling. It’s easy to get wrapped up in the evils of gambling. It can be highly addicting, and you may not know when to stop. Don’t keep going back. If you have lost all of your money once, there’s a good chance that you are going to lose it all again.
Okay, so you just lost a cool 100k, don’t panic. You can always get it back if you take out a second mortgage on your home and play some more, right? No, that’s probably not the best way to do it. You might just want to hang your head and walk out of the casino and try not to think about it. Then again, what are you going to tell your significant other? You certainly can’t tell them you were robbed. You can’t explain having 100k in your pocket. But hey, there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. If you’re single, you’re in the clear!
Walk Away
Once all of your money is gone, it’s best just to walk away. Don’t look back and don’t stop to the ATM to take out even more money. It’s best that you just walk right out of the casino or leave the comfort of your computer chair and just forget about what just happened. Unfortunately, every time you look at your bank statements, you’ll be reminded of that epic loss. There’s really no way of getting around it. Hey, maybe you can win some of it back? Nope, do not return to the casino under any circumstances!
Never Lie
When you lose all of your money, it’s best to not lie to your significant other as to where all of your savings went. It certainly didn’t go to a new car since there isn’t one sitting in the driveway. You didn’t put it in a college fund because, well, you don’t have any kids. So where did it go? Calmly explain to them that you “accidentally” gambled it all away so that you could secure a good financial future and hope that you don’t need to sign divorce papers the next day. It’s best to be honest and hope that they understand that you were trying to do it for a good cause.
